By accessing, registering for or using any part of the kiis918 platform — including the website, mobile application and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the kiis918 platform and to close your account if you have one. Continued use of this platform after any amendments are made means you accept those changes in full.

Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, IP addresses or device information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true, accurate and current. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended immediately without prior notice.

• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
• kiis918 will never ask for your password via email or live chat at any time.

Users are responsible for updating their profile information should any changes occur, particularly regarding the email address and mobile phone number used for transaction verification.

The kiis918 platform supports a range of secure and recognised deposit methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

kiis918 does not charge any additional fees for deposit processing. However, some payment service providers may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

Funds deposited into a kiis918 account must be used solely for betting activity on our platform. Any attempt to use this platform as a means of money transfer or money laundering is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals from a kiis918 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is RM100.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount received.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus and your account balance becomes RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• kiis918 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being misused or exploited through improper betting strategies.

Other promotions such as cashback offers, the VIP programme and special campaigns have their own terms which will be stated separately when the offer is released. All promotions are for entertainment purposes only.

All games available on the kiis918 platform are operated using certified software that has been independently tested. Game outcomes are random and fair, based on recognised Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Users agree to play only in accordance with the rules set for each game. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automation software (bots), or employ unfair methods to gain an advantage is prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of all related winnings.

• kiis918 reserves the right to void or cancel bets affected by technical issues.
• Bets accepted during a technical disruption may be subject to review and cancellation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are stated in the respective game interface.
• Winnings obtained through illegitimate means will not be paid out.

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is locked. Locked bets cannot be cancelled except under conditions stated in the relevant sports rules.

As a user of the kiis918 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Distributing malicious software, viruses or code that could affect the platform's functionality.
• Using illegitimate methods to gain an unfair advantage, including the use of automation software or collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Raising unauthorised credit card or e-wallet chargebacks for deposits that have been used.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the kiis918 customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed after all pending transactions are settled.

kiis918 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in this terms and conditions document.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or region eligibility requirements.

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user themselves or a family member.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, kiis918 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the problematic activity while an investigation is carried out.

The kiis918 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions at all times.

kiis918 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet or power supply interruptions on the user's end.
• Losses caused by unauthorised use of an account by a third party where such access resulted from the user's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Any betting decisions made based on information or statistics obtained from external sources.
• Cryptocurrency value fluctuations that occur between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction or game outcome, kiis918's system records will be considered conclusive evidence unless a technical error can be demonstrated.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the kiis918 platform should first be resolved through our customer support channel. kiis918 is committed to handling every complaint fairly and transparently. Our team will review each case individually and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, both parties agree to use the arbitration process established by the licensing authority as the final method of resolution.
